SSA ODAR Adds Hearing Office in Moreno Valley

The Social Security Administration San Bernardino Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) is spinning off a new Hearing office.  The new ODAR will soon be holding hearings in Moreno Valley, CA with some Administrative Law Judges(ALJs) from the San Bernardino ODAR, as well as new ALJs.  The San Bernardino ODAR will continue to hold hearings for San Bernardino County residents with disability cases, while the Moreno Valley ODAR will hear disability cases for Riverside County residents.  The goal of both ODARs is to shorten the wait time for disability claimant’s to have their appeals heard by an ALJ.  For a free consultation from social security lawyer William M.
